Tutorials - How to add a staff member or agent

To add a staff member or agent (real estate) to a listing page, please follow the instructions below. In this example we are adding an agent to a real estate listing.

1. Go to the Contacts & Forms menu and choose Agent or staff. Both work the same, we have divided these for organization purposes.

2. Compete the appropriate fields. You also have the option to add a photo and logo here as well.

3. Click save.

4. Once saved, you will see the staff or agent, in the List area

5. Now go to your listing page, in this example we are using a real estate listing. Choose the listing where you wish to add the agent. In the first screen ( the Information tab) you will see the 'Contact and Link List'. from this list choose your agents name. If you wish, you can choose more than one name by holding down the Control button.

6. Now choose the position for the contacts details to appear on the page under the 'Contact Position' menu. The contacts details will now appear on the listing page. Please NOTE: each template may have a different position on the listing page according to the template you are using. Please refer to your sample listing to ensure you choose the correct position.

7. Click save.

Now you see see in the above example, the agents contact details are added to the listing.
